Healing for the Holiday's

A Day retreat offering for moms of loss to connect with others in a safe , healing environment. Generously put on by community donations and fundraising. This will be a day filled with healing practices and sharing . We will take care of your mind, body and soul while experiencing one of the hardest times of year we all face.
Healing practices include yoga for grief, somatic movement, breathwork, sound therapy, sharing circle and burn release. A nourishing meal will be served at the end of the day.

BathBombs
Our original handmade with love recipe. All organic Canadian ingredients including sea salt, baking soda, therapy grade essential oils and vegetable dyes. Each bath-bomb is decorated with plants and flowers collected here on Vancouver Island.
With eco consciousness in mind we use only recycled packaging and encourage our customers to compost the remaining organic matter leftover.

Available infused or not these bath treatments are a must for those looking for a little self care.
